1. What is your return policy?
Please be sure to order the correct items and/or sizing. There are no refunds or cancellations due to each item is taken out of inventory once the order is placed. If there are any issues with an order, please contact us through online chat or send an email to info@shop87rowe.com
2. Do you provide International delivery?
Currently, We ship in the US, Canada and Europe only. Please note, all shipping costs are based on weight and location.
Do you offer Gift cards?
We sure do! You may purchase a gift card on our Shop or Home page. Please be sure to enter the correct email address that you would like the gift card sent to. Gift Cards Expire in 6 months.
4. What are your delivery options?
Most packages are sent via USPS to provide our customers with a lower rate unless stated otherwise.
5. How do I track my order?
After your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please reference the tracking number in the confirmation email. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days depending on current volume.
